On removal day our team leader and crew will introduce themselves before you show them around your property, once this is done you can relax and leave the rest to us.
Firstly we use floor coverings to ensure all of your carpets are protected including ‘roll and stroll’ for your stairs.
All of your items are wrapped with specialist transit blankets and your settees, chairs and mattresses are protected with our quilted covers. Your hanging garments are taken directly from your wardrobes into our portable wardrobe boxes – this avoids packing and creasing your clothes.
In an ever increasing demand for high quality fragile technology for your televisions we use specifically designed cases offering a higher level of protection than standard covers.
Once loaded your team will ask you to look around your property both inside and outside to ensure that all of the items you wanted to take have been loaded.
At your new property we will walk around with you and we will then place your furniture in the right places including labelled boxes into the selected rooms. When your team have completed unloading you will be asked to check the removal vehicle is empty and sign the job card.
Before your team leave they will always make sure that you are happy and that everything is in its rightful place. Once you are completely satisfied we will bid you farewell leaving us to just wish you well in your new home.
